Our property consists of an elegant 1800s bourgeoise home of 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms; one Cottage and two Apartments; expansive outbuildings containing a superb 17th c Pressoir; Swiss oven room; stables and garage; a huge central courtyard and two acres of gardens and park.



All in excellent condition, with tasteful furnishings. (I had to insert that, my wife is reading over my shoulder)



The property can be operated solely as a B B; solely as self-catering Apartments; or both. A further Apartment can also be created after minor development.



We are fortunate to have as a close by neighbour, Frances best femme de menage she is a real gem. Also in the village a very willing D.I.Y. man who worked for the previous owners before us.



Location is close to some of Burgundys finest vineyards; Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Monthalie, Volany, Pommard etc.



Our situation is on the entrance to a village with easy access to countryside, charming villages, vineyards and the central canal. The area and the people are very warm and hospitable. Driving/traffic are very mangeable,there is very little hustle and bustle.

There is a newly renovated owner’s apartment (unfinished) that comprises two bedrooms, sitting room and bathroom. The principal gite has a fully fitted professional kitchen that caters for a full house (33 guests) and can be used to serve the garden restaurant and bar in the summer (license IV).
